Broughtonia negrilensis
     Native to Jamaica. This is a small species that bears a long flower spike with up to a dozen blossoms. They can be grown mounted or potted—they must dry out well between waterings (we’ve had good luck growing ours in terra cotta pots). The incredible detail in these beautiful flowers may not show up here—you have to see it to believe it!!!
