Epidendrum parkinsonianum
     Parkinsonianum is perhaps the most outstanding of the genus Epidendrum! It has wonderful long, fleshy pendant foliage. The plant itself is OUTSTANDING—and then there’s the flowers (refer to our photo). What the picture can’t show is the great fragrance—which is emitted each evening. The flower is SO saturated with perfume that the crystalline white flowers begin to appear heavy and yellow as they age. It’s a great orchid.
