Paphiopedilum venustum
     This orchid has everything orchid lovers look for...green and white striped dorsal sepal, hairs and warts on outstretched petals, AND the most fascinating and intricate patterning on a warm-colored pouch. To top it off, the foliage is some of the most attractive in the genus. We’ve read that it is believed to be extinct in the wild. We also like the spotting on the underside of the already beautiful leaves!
