Rhyncholaelia
glauca
These are native
to Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras. It must be a great treat to walk by
these in bloom - they have a wonderful fragrance! The glaucous foliage
is beautiful making them nice to look at even when theyre out of
bloom. These need to get quite dry between watering and can be grown on
a plaque or in a terra cotta pot wqith great success. Give it lots of
light and warmth and youll be rewarded with its huge, fragrant flowers.
