Sarcochilus spp ‘Carol’ - many round white flowers with spotted centers

 Sarcochilus spp ‘Carol’
We grow these beside our Sarchochilus hartmannii and they do well. As similar as they are, when seen side by side, they’re a bit different. It’s possible this is natural variation in the hartmannii species, though I’m uncertain. Like hartmannii, its ease of maintenance is a desirable trait. It’s fragrant and its flowers are long lasting, by orchid-growing standards. This little beauty grows to specimen size in just a few short seasons and rewards the grower with an abundance of flowers during the spring (Australian fall) season.
