 Sobennikoffia humbertiana
     There are four species of Sobennikoffia and none are particularly common. They grow in areas of Madagascar that get a very long dry season and at maturity these will need a winter dormant period. We grow our mature plants in teak baskets. The flowers of humbertiana are very similar to the ones of robusta [shown here]. They are absolutely worth the effort to grow and bloom!
